Welcome, I'm Eva,

your Bowen Therapist for humans and animals at the Sunshine Coast / Queensland, trained in BowTech and EMRT (Equine Muscle Release Therapy).

I discovered Bowen many years ago when I had a non-resolving shoulder problem. One day my Kinesiologist asked "Have you tried Bowen?" - "Bowen what???". I had never heard of it. Curious as I am, I gave it a try - and that was it! I fell in love with this gentle bodywork and my life changed quickly. My shoulder pain was soon gone and I discovered & resolved underlying emotional baggage and trauma step by step. I was so fascinated by the simple profundity of BowTech that I wanted to learn it myself.
Today, after many years as Bowen Therapist, I love this work just like on the very first day and I'm fascinated by it's effectiveness again and again.

What is Bowen?

BOWEN THERAPY
(the bowen technique or bowtech)

is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic bodywork that addresses a wide spectrum of conditions. It was developed by the Australian Tom Bowen – hence the name of the therapy. It utilizes subtle inputs to the body, like soft, rolling moves over muscles and tendons, to stimulate the body to heal itself. Bowen is very relaxing and is appropriate for anyone from newborn babies to the elderly.

Bowen Therapy may offer relief from acute and chronic pain, long-term injuries and illnesses, improved health and flexibility, improved sporting performance, relaxation, and emotional and mental well-being.

Results can be remarkable, even after the first session; often only a few sessions are needed to correct the presenting problem, depending on the case and the individual capacity to heal.

Distant Treatment

Approx. 60 min

I can work energetically over distance with you, if you can't come in person (e.g. too much pain you live too far away). It is very effective too. Includes a consultation and after-care via phone (Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.)

Children

AUD $45

Approx. 20-40 min

For all children up to 13 years. They must be accompanied by a parent or carer. Even babies can be treated from day one (e.g. to settle their digestion).

Social Rate

AUD $ - flexible

Approx. 60-75 min

Pay as you can - I reserve 2 appointments per week for people who cannot afford the full rate. You decide how much you pay. Please enquire, don't be shy! 🙂

I send you the address and a road description when you book an appointment. I'm 5 min outside of Yandina and 10 min to Nambour. The closest Highway exit is 210 Parklands.

I travel a lot (Europe, NZ, etc.) - please check my tour dates.
I also give distant treatments to animals and people all over the world.
